More Details About Our 50 Rounds of 130gr FMJ .38 Spl Ammo by Tula
Tula’s ammunition always makes a budget-friendly solution for plinking and target shooting! This 38 Special cartridge from Russia features a 130 grain full metal jacket projectile. The FMJ’s blunt nose profile makes a clean hole through paper, and it also makes this ammo safe for lever-action rifles. Just don’t expect any terminal expansion from an FMJ!
Tula’s 38 Spl ammo comes with a couple of caveats. That lead-core FMJ’s jacket looks like it’s made of copper, but it’s in fact nearly 100 percent steel. Many ranges prohibit bullets that can attract a magnet because the steel they contain may damage their backdrops. In other words, you want to make sure your range is okay with bi-metal jacketed bullets before you invest in Tula ammo. This ammo’s cases are also made of steel. They’re more economical, but they’re also not reloadable.
Some people are cautious of Berdan-primed ammo because they believe it to be corrosive. But this ammo was manufactured recently, and its primers do not contain any corrosive chemicals that risk rusting your firearm without special cleaning.

Ok plinker
on 11/6/2021Have used this ammo on a charter arms mag pig revolver shoots fine no misfires the only problem is that shells load easy but after firing shells are difficult to extract have to press pretty hard once moving they come right out so would not recommend it for self defense but for the price it makes a good range ammo
