Corbon’s Pow'RBall bullet is the perfect solution for handguns that are finicky about feeding cartridges with conventional jacketed hollow points. But the Pow'RBall’s smooth feeding performance is only the first of many reasons why it’s a great choice for self-defense!

The Pow'RBall is essentially a JHP with a polymer ball crimped into its hollow point nose cavity. Its rounded nose profile makes the Pow'RBall more streamlined to promote more accurate flight. Its polymer ball also enables the Pow'RBall to avoid becoming clogged with debris, as well as penetrate several inches of soft tissue before commencing terminal expansion. The ball finally moves out of the way to expose the bullet’s underlying V-shaped nose cavity, at which point the bullet widens out to gouge a debilitatingly wide wound cavity.

This round’s Pow'RBall is a lightweight at 100 grains, but its hotter propellant charge compensates for that by propelling the bullet to a staggeringly fast 1,475 fps muzzle velocity out of a 4” barrel. This American-made cartridge reliably hits its target with over 450 ft lbs of kinetic energy at close range – 50% more than the minimum typically recommended for neutralizing a threat!
