More Details About Our 1000 Rounds of 124gr TMJ 9mm Ammo by Blazer
Indoor ranges make target practice accessible all year long, especially to our American brothers and sisters who have been cursed to live in frigid climates. But firing indoors means you have to breathe in lead and other heavy metals – unless you invest in Blazer Clean-Fire 9mm ammo!
This cartridge is loaded with a 124 grain total metal jacket bullet. The TMJ is identical to the more common full metal jacket (FMJ) with one crucial difference: The base of its lead core is shielded by its copper jacket. That makes the TMJ’s lead core inaccessible to hot propellant gasses, so it does not produce aerosolized toxic lead on ignition.
This ammunition additionally features CCI’s Clean-Fire primer. It is devoid of lead, and it doesn’t contain any barium or antimony, either, so ignition will not gassify toxic metals which have no business inside of your lungs.
This ammo is loaded with Blazer’s famous aluminum cases. They are heat-treated for reliable performance in semi-automatic pistols, and their lack of any expensive copper makes this ammunition more budget-friendly. Unfortunately, aluminum cases do not return to their original dimensions following ignition and are therefore not reloadable.
Please note: Blazer advises that this ammo may cause firearm damage and serious injury if fired in carbine rifles.
