More Details About Our 20 Rounds of 115gr SCHP 9mm +P Ammo by Barnes
Looking for 9mm +P self-defense ammo with a clever twist? Barnes TAC-XPD series ammunition features none other the TAC-XPD bullet: a solid copper hollow point projectile that boasts numerous performance advantages!
The TAC-XPD is an extremely clean-shooting bullet. Its black nickel plating minimizes copper fouling of the barrel, and copper itself produces significantly less fouling than lead. The TAC-XPD is extremely accurate – not just because it is aerodynamic, but also because its monolithic composition lacks any flaws that could throw it off balance. The TAC-XPD is also more durable than a traditional lead core/copper jacket bullet, so it consistently penetrates barriers and reaches an effective depth to neutralize a threat quickly. And because the TAC-XPD is lead-free, you can even use it for hunting on protected lands. Watch out varmints!
The TAC-XPD doesn’t mushroom in a traditional fashion. When it plows through soft tissue, it extends six angular cutting petals which rake debilitating wound channels in their paths. This Utah-made self-defense ammo is loaded with low-friction and corrosion resistant nickel-plated brass cases for more reliable functionality in semi-automatics.
This is +P ammunition. Make certain only to fire it in firearms that are rated for +P, or else you risk permanently damaging your firearm and yourself.
