More Details About This MaxxTech 123gr FMJ 7.62x39mm Ammo
We’re still not sure what an “NFT” is. Some kind of Bitcoin with a picture of a frog on it? Maybe we’re too old to understand cryptocurrency. We’ll stick to paying for stuff with wampum.
But we do know what MAXX Tech “NFR” stands for: Not From Russia. Between its European-made steel cases and American-made 123 grain full metal jacket bullets, this 7.62x39 ammo is totally exempt from the Russian ammo import ban!
The chief benefit of steel cases is cost savings. Brass ain’t cheap, so buying significantly less of it can only save you good money. This ammo’s cases are coated in protective and friction-reducing polymer, primed with noncorrosive Berdans, and not reloadable. Just what AK-pattern rifles like.
Many ranges ban ammo if it’s loaded with bullets that can attract a magnet. This ammo’s bullets, which are made of lead and brass, cannot, so you’re free and clear to fire it wherever you please! It’s still an FMJ, though, which means it can’t expand after striking a soft medium.
