This cartridge is loaded with a 115 grain full metal jacket – not the 30 Super Carry’s lightest bullet, and therefore “only” able to produce a 1,150 fps muzzle velocity (4” test barrel). The 0.312” diameter bullet has exactly two components: a lead core, and a gilding metal jacket, neither of which can attract a magnet. The FMJ ends in a flat nose profile for optimal feeding in the 30 Super Carry platform. Flat nose bullets also stamp tidier holes through paper targets, so you shoot at the same bullseye longer.

This ammo is loaded with virgin brass cases, as well as the non-corrosive Boxer primers they need to be reloaded. Blazer’s powder is formulated to produce less of the residue which can foul a handgun quickly.
