More Details About Our 1000 Rounds of 115gr FMJ 9mm Ammo by Winchester
You want heavily engineered, extensively tested, carefully inspected and exceedingly high-quality 9mm ammo for self-defense. But when you’re not firing in defense of your life – like when you’re at the gun range, or turning recyclables into modern art in your backyard – then you’ll do just fine with Winchester’s plain and honest range loads!
This cartridge’s 115 grain full metal jacket is designed to feed without a hiccup, glide across the bore without leaving behind excessive fouling, exit a pistol’s 4” barrel at a rate of 1,190 feet per second, and follow a flat trajectory until it reaches its target. It is not designed for terminal expansion. It’d sure beat nothing during a life-or-death physical altercation, although we’d strongly recommend JHPs for personal protection. That said, Winchester’s FMJs aren’t magnetic, which makes them safe and acceptable for training at all commercial handgun ranges.
Are you a handloader? Then once you’ve burned away all of this ammo’s noncorrosive Boxer primers and low-residue propellant charges, you’ll have 1,000 lovely brass cases that you can load with any 0.355” bullets you please. This 9mm ammo comes packaged with 20, 50 round boxes in the case.
